30-Day First Order Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with your first purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll issue a refund for the product price (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Limit one satisfaction guarantee per customer.

Because our products are ingestible wellness supplements, opened products are not eligible for return shipment and should not be sent back.

Unopened Products

Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be sealed and in original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders may be modified or canceled at any time before the next billing date. Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
